As a dually licensed clinician with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults specializing in adolescent treatment, trauma, mental health, self-harm behaviors, anxiety, relationship and intimacy issues and personality disorders. In addition, I work with couples and families. I am a certified clinical trauma professional, certified dialectical behavioral therapy and certified sex informed professional.
I am an authentic, knowledgeable, and compassionate clinician who you can feel safe having the hard conversations with. I like to create a nurturing place where you are able to see yourself, your environment, and your choices more clearly. I utilize a multi-systemic approach, drawing from a diverse selection of evidenced-based treatment methods to help each client meet their personal goals.
